Spinach & Mozzarella Arancini with Roast Tomato Sauce
Spinach and Mozzarella Arancini with Roast Tomato Sauce is a mouth-watering winter recipe that combines crispy risotto balls with a flavourful tomato sauce. To make the mozzarella balls, preheat your 90cm dual fuel pyrolytic freestanding oven with AirFry (WFEP9717DD) to 250°C on the AirFry function for approximately ten minutes, until golden.
Crispy Roast Pork with Pumpkin
This is a fantastic winter dish that combines succulent pork with the sweetness of pumpkin. Top tip: when making this dish, parboil the potatoes before adding them to the AirFry tray of our 90cm pyrolytic multi-function 17 oven with AirFry (WVEP9917DD) for a crispier finish.
Sweet Soy Pork Belly with Greens and Baked Rice
This delicious recipe combines a tender pork belly with flavourful greens and a side of baked rice for the perfect Asian-inspired midweek dish. To ensure your pork is cooked to tender, use the AirFry tray on the third rack of your Westinghouse oven and toss in salt and pepper seasoning.
Our frugal tip: Keep some of the leftover pork without sauce so that you can remake it into a broth or pork roll at the end of the week.
Portuguese Roast Chicken with Sweet Potato Fries
For a flavorful and comforting twist on a family classic, try our Portuguese Roast Chicken with Sweet Potato Fries. Drizzle the sweet potatoes with olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper, before cooking the fries at 230°C for ten minutes using the AirFry function.
Serving tip: Combine olive oil, cups of green chillies and coriander leaves in a blender to create homemade chilli oil before serving this on top of the dish for a hot hit.
