+home app

To connect to the +home app, you can follow the steps in the guide below or watch the video shown below.

Step 1: Download the +home app from either the Google Play store or Apple store below

Ensure your mobile device operating system is either Android 7.1 or iOS 15 (or later). You have secure Wi-Fi 2.4Ghz network available also.

Step 2: Create an account and enter your details.
- Once you have created your account and generated a password, check you email (including the junk folder) to activate your account.
- One activated, head back to the app and sign in

Step 3: Connect your air conditioner to the app
- Ensure your phones bluetooth is turned on and connected to the same WiFi network that you want your air conditioner to be.
- Select your appliance and the app will automatically search for it and stay nearby to the air conditioner (this may take 30 seconds).
- Once found, hit 'next' and then pair your air conditioner with your phone

Step 4: Connecting your air conditioner to the wifi network
- Once paired, select your WiFi network, enter the WiFi password and hit 'next'
- On the remote control, press the 'LED' button to confirm the connection

Step 5: You can now control the air conditioner from your phone and enjoy the benefits.
- Enter a name for your air conditioner
- Set tasks or schedule your air conditioner around your routines
- Adjust the temperature
- Change the fan speed or mode
